Committee Structure

State & Chapter Level. State Leadership will define the strategy and implemented by the members at the Chapter.

Responsibilities

  •   Identify the Skills required by Industry as market Demands through surveyes and other means for:
    - BPO
    - Core
    - IT Industry
  •   Continuously help the member companies about the trends going on
    - in the way recruitments are being done
    - Form hackathon organizing team to Conduct Hackathons for recruiting best employees for companies.
  •   Working Closely with Govt Agencies like APSSDC & APITA & Universities on the Required Skills.
  •   Interacting with Govt & Other Agencies for Job Drives
    - Build the Mechanism
  •   Sensitize Job Aspirants by Conduct Awareness workshops among pass outs
    - about the current job trends & latest technologies
  •   Conducting the special Training Programs to meet Industry Requirement
    -Need to design Training Model suitable for Industry
    - Guidelines will be prepared by State Committees
    - Need to finalize the Content freshly.
